Refunds

There are no refunds, however, we do offer vouchers for you to attend another event within one year to complete your DiY project.

Gift Cards and Pre-Paid Paint Packages cannot be returned or refunded. 

Special circumstances will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at CreativeExpressionsDiY@gmail.com to request special approval.

Exchanges

Exchanges of artwork are permitted within 12 hours of your original order placement, AND only if this time frame is at least 4 days prior to the event you plan to attend (for those planning to attend an in person studio event). If you meet these requirements, please contact us to request an exchange  of artwork at CreativeExpressionsDiY@gmail.com.
